He has also worked as a mentor under the DTI mentoring scheme and as a consultant to the Wales Assembly Government.

Sandra Donoghue

Sandra Donoghue has worked in the recruiting industry, hiring staff at all levels across all industries for the past twenty years. She is an established recruiter in the North Wales area and has been a proprietor of her own business in this field for over ten years. Her specialist areas of personnel recruitment are in executive, management and accountancy placements.

Dorothy Hughes

Dorothy has worked successfully within business development for over twenty-years. She is equipped with an excellent knowledge of businesses in the area coupled with twenty years experience within the financial services industry in the commercial, private and public sectors. Dorothy is also an accomplished trainer in sales and telephone skills for the customer service industry. Dorothy is a fluent Welsh speaker.

Annie Ferraris

Annie has worked as a programme manager in the distance learning and training industry for the past five years and has excellent administrative skills. For the previous ten years she worked as a senior executive in a property-management company. Annie was born on Anglesey and has a sound knowledge of businesses in the North Wales area.
