The Artistic Director will lead the performing arts component with a clear artistic vision, connect the performing arts with a science and innovation agenda, prepare diverse programmes for a wide range of audiences and use commercial skills to maximise income and pursue business opportunities.

As Head of Design you will be totally responsible for; inspiring innovation within the business, managing the creative process, supporting and developing the brand in alignment with the business strategy using your understanding of the consumer needs as well as the competitor position, and providing advice to the UK coin design committee and other stakeholders. We are looking for a management professional to act as lead representative for Unison in the Wales Region. The successful candidate will need to be pro-active, organised, have proven administration skills and strong attention to detail. Dealing with both Customers and Internal Sales and Support teams on a daily basis, you will need to have good communication skills and a customer service approach. Self-motivation, focus and ability to work within a team are crucial. Experience of Microsoft Office is also essential.

Specific Objectives· To be involved in the day-to-day responsibilities of Product Management.
· Manage price lists.
· Ensure the CRM system is maintained and kept up to date with the relevant information
· Assist with post-sales product licensing enquiries.
· Run daily and weekly reports from Internal Systems for vendors, customers and internal teams as required.

This is a vital role, bringing together the various aspects of the day to day management functions focussing on procurement, parts sales and stock management to maximise efficiencies, revenue and costs.

The Logistics Manager will deal with suppliers in relation to all aspects of stock, continually challenging prices and will be expected to provide detailed monthly progress reports.

The successful applicant will have a recognised formal qualification in stock management and knowledge of Sage or Navision is desirable.
